What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Onin Staffing?
Primary function:
Gather, record, and communicate product and process information from tests, inspections, and audits
Start-up approvals as required
On-Line Inspection and verification of all products according to specifications
Record data in a legible & complete manner
Floor Monitoring of all processes for visual inspection of customer product
Reject and Hold processes and report defective material to management as required
Recommend solutions to problems as required
Maintain records
Troubleshoot minor issues with the label printer
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate ALL quality concerns daily with Quality Manager
ISO Internal Auditor
Observe safety policies
Inform management of any safety concerns
Miscellaneous duties as required
Work Experience
Basic math and computer skills
Strong eye for detail
