Receptionist/Accounting Clerk

Onin Staffing is now hiring for a local warehouse for an Accounting Clerk/Receptionist. Candidate will be responsible for performing both reception and accounting duties, such as greeting customers, processing payments, and handling office correspondence. 

Reception duties 

• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or office
• Answer and make phone calls for office employees
• Handle office correspondence
• Maintain office supplies
• Schedule meetings for employees
• Maintain the reception area

Accounting duties 

• Process invoices
• Organize office mail
• Record business transactions
• Manage customer accounts
• Review billing statements and invoices for accuracy
• Alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies
• Distribute accounting reports
• Track payments
• Collect data for audits

Monday to Friday workweek 8am-5pm
