What You'll Do as a Sanitation Lead:
- Oversee and participate in the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, floors, and other areas within the food manufacturing facility.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of chemicals.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating sanitation activities.
- Train and guide sanitation team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and sanitation standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential sanitation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of clean
Work Experience
What a Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- 2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Experience with inventory management
