Scheduler/Inventory with Sit Down Forklift Exp.

• Schedule and coordinate work order appointments with customers based on technician availability and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with vendors to order and track parts needed for repairs or installations.
• Ensure that technicians have access to the necessary parts and materials to complete the work
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer service requests, work orders, and completed work.
• Create detailed work orders based on customer needs, including specifying the type of service (installation, maintenance, repairs) and any special requirements.
• Primarily office-based with interaction with customers and technicians via phone, email, and in person.

• 2 years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, or scheduling position, preferably in the construction, service, or maintenance industry.
• Experience in the commercial door and dock industry or a similar field is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with work order management or scheduling software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and service issues in a calm and professional manner.
