We are currently looking for a Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual) to join our team at the Opelika Branch. Onin provides a competitive hourly wage of $17-$20 (depending on experience), monthly bonuses based on performance, and the opportunity for an annual bonus linked to productivity. They engage with a diverse range of individuals regularly, including clients, potential colleagues, and current teammates.
Productivity is measured by the number of recruitment calls completed, interviews conducted, and job orders filled on a daily basis.
Work Experience
- Competitive and friendly personality with a strong ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience in handling high-volume calls efficiently.
- Proven track record of achieving impressive performance numbers in previous work history, showcasing a results-driven approach.
- Extensive customer service experience, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
- Solid recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferrable, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in using a CRM for recruiting purposes and experienced in utilizing various recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others to streamline the recruitment process.
