- Source top talent mainly in the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
- Conduct insightful interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for client needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and teammates for mutual success.
- Ensure all recruiting follows legal and industry standards.
Work Experience
You're a Match If You:
- Have 1-2 Years of Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced environment like staffing, customer service, or similar. Bonus points for staffing experience or account management with a proven track record!
- Have Light Industrial Knowledge: Understand the world of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Are Tech Savvy: Work wonders with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
- Are a Communication Master: Clearly communicate with candidates and clients (in-person and over the phone).
- Are a People Person: Build and maintain positive relationships – it's your superpower!
- Have Critical Thinking skills: Analyze and problem-solve to address staffing challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
