-Maintain efficient workflow and ensure production schedules are met
-Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff
-Enforce and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance

-Strong leadership and team management abilities
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
