Hiring Immediately Warehouse Associate
$20.00 / hr Weekly Pay 1st Shift Shift
Mooresville, NC
Job Duties include:
- Package completed parts per procedure using the appropriate packaging materials while minimizing waste.
- Accurately label parts for shipping.
- Ensure all packaging is carefully placed and all box space is packed efficiently.
- Record all completed work on company-approved/required documents.
- Assist other departments and employees as needed.
- Assist with the packaging of parts and/or shipping, as needed.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with regularity, Ability to move quickly and with a sense of urgency. Must be able to work well with others and able to work independently.

Work Experience
Prior Experience:
- Warehouse and production operations, including loading, unloading, and forklift driving
- Picking, packing, and marking materials for shipment
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling
- Proficient in MRP/ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Skilled in using web-based applications for invoicing and shipment confirmation
- Experience coordinating shipment schedules with freight brokers and logistics teams
- Capable of running, downloading, and printing picklists from web-based applications
- Operated material handling equipment and rotated across various warehouse functions
