- Lead the daily processing of third-party online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee pick and pack operations with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms to track orders, update statuses, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are packed according to brand and platform requirements.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Work Experience
- 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and third-party logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
