What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Oversee a dedicated team of associates, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.
- Foster a Culture of Safety: Prioritize safety by conducting regular safety discussions, addressing concerns, and enforcing safety protocols.
- Drive Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor associate performance, provide timely feedback, and implement strategies to maximize productivity.
- Resolve Issues and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage payroll, performance reviews, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Lowe's leadership to align daily operations with business goals.
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and supervision
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Be proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be committed to safety and quality standards
- Be bilingual (English/Spanish) as a plus!
