Onin Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise & Coordinate : Lead the electrical team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Installation & Wiring : Oversee installation of cable trays, generators, switches, panelboards, HVACs, and load centers per wiring diagrams.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure high-quality workmanship by monitoring team performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs : Occasionally perform hands-on electrical work to resolve issues.
- Administrative Duties : Verify team time logs and production notes.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaboration : Communicate with production managers, engineering, and other departments on project status and any technical concerns.
- Training & Development : Train new electricians and provide continued education for existing team members.
- Preventative Maintenance : Assist in maintaining plant and office facilities, including lockout / tagout (LO / TO) procedures.
- General Support : Perform additional electrical and administrative duties as required.
