Onion Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to fill a few Licensed Vocational Nurse positions. We are a top clinical facility in Texas, with an abundance of growth opportunity.

About You:
Must be a licensed LVN/RN. New Graduates are welcome!
Must have a strong desire to help others, a positive attitude, and great work ethic. Must be a team player, polite, and possess the ability to think critically. This position is perfect for a Licensed Vocational Nurse that wants to advance and make a real contribution, rather than simply collecting a paycheck.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during the night shift, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
- Assist in emergency situations, applying knowledge of hospital and emergency medicine protocols.
