We are looking for a happy helper. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are dedicated to providing top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients. OnIt Athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024-25. In 2025, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.

Starting Pay: Between $15/hr - $20/hr depending on experience

Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise, ID

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, shipping packages, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining files (physical and digital), managing databases, and keeping records up-to-date
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records
- Assist with any other general administrative support as needed by the team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
