Annual Salary: $75K-$85K USD

Overview:

The Regional Loss Prevention Manager will report to the VP of Finance.

This is a hybrid role and will be based out our HQ in New York City.

This role will be responsible for the eastern region. The RLPM will work closely with the field leadership and leverage partnerships to achieve LP goals and produce sales. The RLPM will be responsible for the assigned region's shrink results, process compliance, and internal/external cases.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

•Build effective partnerships in the field that can be leveraged to achieve a common goal of improving sales while protecting the Company's assets

•Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, District Sales Manager, and store teams to combat shrink

•Conduct store visits routinely to deliver audits, trainings or to follow-up with the store teams

•Incident reporting

•Manage loss prevention programs across the US utilizing field management

•Reduce losses from external theft, internal theft, and operational errors

•Drive shrinks reduction strategies for assigned areas and drive Standard Operating Procedures

•Drive the High Shrink Program in the high shrink locations

•Assess high shrink stores, identify areas of opportunity, and improve shrink results

•Ability to conduct store audits remotely and on-site

•Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of management

•Ability to handle sensitive information and proprietary information discretely and with diplomacy

•Conduct internal investigations and build internal cases

•Conduct internal interviews remotely and on-site utilizing the WZ method

•Leverage exception-based reporting, tips, and CCTV to generate internal investigations in assigned areas

•Attend court proceedings and partner will law enforcement for internal and external investigations when necessary

•Partner with HR and store leadership to address and deliver corrective action if necessary

•Train and coach Regional Managers, District Managers, Store Managers, and store teams on loss prevention strategies through store visits and regional meetings

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or business administration

•LPC or LPQ certification

•Wicklander & Zulawski certification

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint)

•Ability to travel domestically 70% of the time, additional travel may be required

•Ability to travel internationally on occasion

•3-5 years of multi-unit loss prevention management experience

•Must be comfortable working in an independent manner and be able to multi-task, be flexible, and embrace change

•Must have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

•Experience in exception-based reporting systems

•Proven ability to drive shrink goals, produce profit enhancement, and loss prevention initiatives

•Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred

•5 years of loss prevention management experience is preferred

•Experience with InteliQ is preferred

•Experience with VivoTek is preferred
