Responsibilities and Duties
As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience, and providing expert recommendations on our beverage offerings. You should have a strong understanding of cocktails, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Take and serve cocktail, wine, beer, and food orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal and craft beverages.
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness in your designated service area.
- Engage with guests in a personable, professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless, attentive service.
- Work closely with bartenders to ensure efficient drink delivery.
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience preferably in a craft cocktail or speakeasy setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers with a passion for mixology and creating unique experiences.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute creative ideas for the menu.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
