We are hiring for a Part Time (weekend hours) Mixologist!

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for curating and crafting cocktails, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You should have a deep knowledge of mixology, enjoy experimenting with ingredients, and thrive in a fast-paced yet intimate environment.

• Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal and craft beverages.

• Ensure proper bar setup and breakdown before and after services.

• Engage with guests in a personable, professional manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

• Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.

• Suggest cocktail pairings based on guest preferences and offer recommendations.

• Stay updated with current industry trends and continuously innovate with drink recipes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a craft cocktail or speakeasy setting.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers with a passion for mixology and creating unique experiences.

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute creative ideas for the menu.

• Must be 21 years or older and hold current alcohol-serving certifications (if applicable).

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
