As a Sales Associate at Online Access, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting sales calls, executing follow-ups, and managing touchpoints and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales growth. You will also serve as a crucial liaison between our valued customers and our dedicated customer support team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management, customer service, and sales. There are opportunities to travel if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Calls and Follow-Ups:
- Engage in sales calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to prospects, addressing inquiries and providing additional information to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions in our CRM system.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Implement and manage touch points and drip campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Create and send relevant content, such as newsletters and product updates, to keep leads informed and interested.
Customer Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Project Management:
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that sales initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve sales-related objectives.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including maintaining sales collateral and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
