Overview
The Flexographic Press Operator operates a flexographic printing press to produce high-quality labels that meet the production schedule and customer requirements.
Shift Available: Friday, Saturday 6:00pm-6:00am & Sunday 6:00pm-5:30am. (This shift comes with a 6.00-hour premium for 34.00 worked hours and a $2.00/hour shift differential)
Training Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm
Pay: Based on experience.

What you'll do
- Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing
- Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards
- Follow established quality management system procedures
- Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime
- Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures
- Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance
- Adhere to all established safety practices
- Maintain a clean work area
Desired Traits/Requirements:
- Detailed-Oriented and capable of following standard work instructions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of Flexographic Printing experience
