Leading Land Surveying Company seeking Data Entry and Research Department Specialist!
Online Land Surveyors, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Research Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and conducting research to support our land surveying projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter data into company databases and proprietary software.
· Conduct research using online resources to gather information relevant to land our surveying projects.
· Assist with data verification and quality control procedures.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in data entry and research preferred.
· Proficiency in Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with land surveying terminology and concepts is a plus.
