Online Liquidation Auction is hiring!
We are an online auction, selling thousands of items under retail price a week on our app. Come join our customer support staff at OLA, a proud honoree of the INC 5000, fastest growing companies in the nation. Work in an intimate office setting, alongside multiple departments daily, partaking first hand in a growing business!
Customer service experience is required!
- Resolve customer requests, questions, and issues via phone and email
- General questions about: our app, items, or returns
- Use our internal platform and adapt quickly to updates in our technology
- Must be able to problem solve in real time and exercise excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional communication speaking with customers daily
- Communicate our policies and work to keep a good relationship with our customers
- THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE!
- This is a part time position
- Various shifts available, includes Monday morning shifts and some Saturdays 9-2pm
- Can expect a minimum of 12-16 hours a week, can discuss flexibility or alternate schedule if neede
Part time starts at $16.00 and will be subject to extended employment and a raise upon a positive review!
