About the job Entry Level Data Analyst
Responsibilities :
Development of policies, definitions, standards, and processes for costing data.
Responsible for managing compliance to policies, definitions, and standards.
Drive data change to correspond to master data strategies.
Develop and analyze data quality reports and track areas of non-compliance.
Collaborate with IT Functional and Technical team members, including BI team, to implement master data initiatives.
Implement initiatives to further enhance / enrich completeness and value of Master Data.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in data analysis is required.
Bachelor's degree or greater is required; a degree in a technical area is preferred but not required.
Experience managing data management projects is preferred.
Technical experience in data analysis with SQL is strongly preferred.
Hands-on programming experience with Python or R-creating functions.
Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets using data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and utilizing statistical / mathematical software (e.g. Python, pandas, R, Tableau).
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business users, partners, and team members. Able to lead meetings and present in PowerPoint.
