Candidate should be able to install low voltage wiring systems such as Cat 6/fiber cable and be familiar with alarm systems, security systems, telephone, local area network, and on-site fiber optic network systems.
Should be able to work alone, or in teams, to work in mostly commercial buildings.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Cable/Service Technician
- Strong background in computer networking and telecommunication
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment, including an ohmmeter
- Familiarity with LAN setups and cabling techniques
- Experience with fiber splicing and network installation, particularly with hands on support.
- Mechanical knowledge and electrical experience are highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain low voltage cabling systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform field service tasks, troubleshooting and repairing telecommunication equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment, such as an ohmmeter or multimeter, to diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with team members to execute network installations and fiber splicing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols in all operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
