This is a 40 hour a week, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.

  • Proficient in office management practices with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and computerized systems efficiently.
  • Experience as an office clerk or in similar administrative roles is preferred.
