OnLine is actively looking for a Senior Business Development Rep to help continue our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build a book of Business
• Sell and Close New Shippers
• Utilize sales tools to assist you in your day to day
• Work internally with team members to ensure that your business is growing
• Ability to sell all of OnLine Transportation solutions.
• Make outbound calls daily to multiple prospects to build your business
• Coordinate RFPs and Credit Requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions that fit their business needs.
• A Culture that rewards and celebrates individual and team success.
• Ability to see and visit customers in person

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce
• Inside Sales Experience
• Transportation Sales Experience
