The role involves advising clients on employee benefit plans, including ongoing benefits work and benefits issues related to M&A, business transactions, and financings. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with both retirement and welfare benefit plans. Law firm experience is preferred, but candidates with backgrounds in accounting or consulting firms will also be considered. Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
