Software Development Intern

As a member of the IT/Software Team, you design, develop, and/or integrate robust and scalable software. You'll be part of the whole software development life-cycle and through this, you can see the positive impact of your development within a few weeks of starting. You'll bring OnLogic goals to life with both new and proven technologies as we focus on delivering solutions for the business.

• Developing, influencing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining company applications & services.
• Specifically, you will be focused on helping with our ERP upgrade on a daily basis.
• Supporting fellow development team members with code reviews, brainstorming, and offering insight.
• Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and come up with creative solutions.
• Maintaining effective remote communication with global offices and external partners.

• You have experience working with Python and Javascript

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Odoo or Django is a plus
• You have experience with cloud technologies (like GCP, AWS or Azure).
• You are familiar with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• You have experience with source control and CI/CD (like Git and Github Actions).

• You possess the capacity to learn new processes and technologies quickly and efficiently, communicate effectively, and hold others and yourself accountable.
• You enjoy writing simple, clean code, and finding creative and logical solutions to problems.
• You have a proven record of working  collaboratively with others.
• You are comfortable debugging and solving problems on your own but are equally capable working within a team.

The pay for this internship is $18/hour, with a minimum of 10 hours per week commitment.
