As the Trade Compliance Manager at OnLogic, you will be a critical leader responsible for ensuring our company adheres to the complex and constantly evolving landscape of international trade laws and regulations. You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive trade compliance programs designed to mitigate risks associated with our global import and export activities.
You will be the primary subject matter expert on all trade compliance matters, where you will provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, manage relationships with external partners and regulatory agencies, and drive continuous improvement in our trade compliance processes. Your work will be essential in safeguarding OnLogic from legal and financial penalties, ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders, and optimizing our international trade operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:- Developing and implementing comprehensive trade compliance programs and procedures.
- Serving as the primary subject matter expert on international trade regulations and providing guidance to internal teams.
- Managing relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring accurate tariff classification (HTS codes) and customs valuation of goods.
- Managing the process for obtaining export licenses and ensuring compliance with export control regulations.
- Monitoring changes in trade laws and regulations and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Conducting risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales) on trade compliance matters.
- You understand supply chain and logistics processes related to international trade.
- You’re proficient in utilizing trade compliance software and tools.
- You have demonstrable skills with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
