Position: Full-Time Sales Associate
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (32 hours/week)
Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, outgoing attitude
- Assist customers with styling, suggestions, and product knowledge
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Merchandise and style displays with attention to detail
- Tag, price, and organize inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold our professional presentation standards
- Engage with consignors and promote our consignment program
Requirements:
- Previous retail and merchandising experience strongly preferred
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- An eye for styling and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- A positive attitude and a heart for service
