**Job Description:**
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our clients' lawns. Your duties will include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and general lawn maintenance. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
**Responsibilities:**
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns
- Apply fertilizers and weed control treatments
- Perform general lawn maintenance tasks
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
- Communicate with clients and address their lawn care needs
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
