About The Role

We are seeking an Architect or Structural Engineer with a Wisconsin license to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial building projects from concept to completion as the supervising professional.
• Develop building drawings and ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations.
• Collaborate with designers and draftsmen to produce high-quality plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with commercial building design & construction.
• Experience with projects such as:
• Metal buildings
• Office spaces
• Industrial facilities
• Schools & Churches
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Wisconsin Architectural or Structural Engineering license (Required).
