We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects, with a focus on municipal water and pool projects. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $80,000$100,000, based on experience.
In this role, you will manage and direct construction teams, assign tasks, and provide training for new hires. You will maintain daily site logs, SWPPP records, and inventory tracking to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on schedule. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve conflicts and keep projects on track. A certified crane operator license or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
To qualify, you will need at least 10 years of verifiable supervisory experience in commercial or industrial construction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tradespeople and professionals are essential. A valid drivers license is required.
