Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance while driving financial integrity. This role is critical in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, providing strategic insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by offering financial guidance and recommendations.
- Leverage accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI to enhance financial analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
