Schedule
We are hiring 2 – 3 temporary and part-time roles for approximately 10 weeks. You must be able to work a consistent part-time schedule of at least 10 - 20 hours per week between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The final schedule will be determined and agreed upon during the interview process.
Role Responsibilities
We are hiring an enthusiastic Customer Relations Associate to support the launch of our new CareStation located at 203 W 10th St, Austin, TX 78701. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming Visitors: Greet customers, patients, or guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns in a helpful and informative manner.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the entrance area and surrounding areas are tidy and presentable.
- Assisting with Basic Needs: Help with tasks such as assisting customers with carts, wheelchairs, or other needs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Depending on the specific setting, greeters may be asked to perform other tasks, such as checking in guests, and managing traffic flow.
- Communication and Client Relations:
- Serving as a point of contact for event attendees and vendors.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
- Assisting with event promotion and marketing.
- On-Site Event Management:
- Overseeing coordination of the event during execution, including setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Helping to manage event schedules and timelines.
- Other Tasks:
- Running errands and performing other tasks as needed.
- Assisting with event clean-up and packing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Other Information:
Salary is $13.00 - $15.00/hour, and final salary will commensurate based on candidate’s experience. Temporary part-time employees will not be eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
