POSITION TITLE: Site Reliability Engineer
REPORTS TO: Director, Service Delivery
LOCATION: This position has been designated as one that must be performed in the Tampa office. Travel to CareStation sites will be required on an as-needed basis.

Who you are
You are a highly-skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer who will ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our CareStations to include hardware, device integration, troubleshooting, monitoring and overall reliability. This role combines software engineering, systems administration and operations to create resilient, scalable and self-healing systems. The Company is at an important inflection point in its growth trajectory, and you are energized at the opportunity to be on the core crew of a rocket ship.
What you will be doing
- Implement and maintain CareStation infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Integrate and support various hardware devices used in CareStations.
- Minimize emergency response times and ensure quick resolution of incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Travel to CareStation sites as needed to provide on-site support and ensure hardware reliability.
- Partner with internal teams, external customers, and local community players in CareStation locations to ensure seamless operation and support.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents, providing timely resolution and communication.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Service Delivery at his discretion from time to time.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, IOT, device drivers, and scripting languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with often-changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus.
