Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and culture alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, understand role requirements and create concise job descriptions, and develop tailored recruiting and interview plans
- Build and maintain a robust and evergreen pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, sourcing, direct outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
- Deliver a positive candidates’ experience and ensure we provide consistent, professional and timely communications throughout the interview process
- Coordinate in-person and virtual interview meetings with hiring manager and hiring team
- Implement applicant tracking system and configure automations, interview scorecards, and ensure seamless integrations with Microsoft Outlook
- Conduct reference checks, and communicate verbal and written offers
- Partner with our Marketing team to maintain our attractive employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, BuiltinNYC, etc.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, funnel conversions)
- Partner with People Operations Specialist to support the new hire onboarding process, background checks, drug test, and coordinating onboarding meetings
