- Manage organization of the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse is clean and organized to comply with safety regulations
- Accept inventory deliveries
- Pull and deliver inventory per orders
- Check in and out with appropriate site staff an receive sign off on delivered materials
- Use and operate forklifts per OSHA standards
- Work with procurement division and Operations for efficient operations
- Lift and manage material/inventory in a safe manner
- Work with crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effort
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervision
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and critical thinking
- Willing and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervision
- Possess a phone and willing to use to communicate with team and site supervision
- Strong mathematical knowledge is an asset
