Job Description :
The Parking Maintenance Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a building's common areas during working hours, including tasks like sweeping floors, emptying trash, restocking supplies, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring the overall tidiness of lobbies, hallways, and entrances, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operation of Onni's Parking facilities. This position involves monitoring all parking areas, assisting customers with inquiries. The position is ideal for someone who is reliable and has a customer service mentality.
