Onnyx Systems is looking for a mid-level Manufacturing Test Engineer with strong Python and hardware skills to join us as our first Field Applications Engineer .

About the Role
This is a part-time contract position (5-10 hours per week to start), with the potential to grow as we scale. The role is hybrid , requiring regular visits to customer sites in New England (primarily the Boston metro area).
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all things Onnyx
- Assist in system deployments and bring-up
- Train customers on using the Onnyx platform
- Write and maintain Onnyx test scripts for customers
- Serve as the on-the-ground contact for customer site visits, handling (hopefully metaphorical) fires as needed
