Nursing Leadership Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Leadership Position at our skilled nursing facility in Minoa, NY.

Job Summary:

• This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise assigned staff.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and developing policies and procedures to maintain standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical guidance.
• Review resident records and quality of care.
• Monitor overall care and review individual cases.

Requirements:

• NYS RN License.
• 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred.
• 1 year Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
