Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical guidance.
- Review resident records and quality of care.
- Monitor overall care and review individual cases.
Requirements:
- NYS RN License.
- 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred.
- 1 year Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
