Job Description :
The Audio Visual (AV) department is seeking applicants for Work-Study students. The specific hours needed in Spring 2025 are 9am-11am Monday - Thursday, and 2pm-6pm Monday - Wednesday. This could be filled by one student or multiple students; if you can cover just one shift, that is acceptable. We will work around your class schedules.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities may include :
- Answering a phone and collecting information from the presenter / teacher.
- Writing the information legibly for the AV Team to respond quickly.
- Checking and resetting AV equipment in classrooms.
Requirements :
Preferred, but not required, skills include customer service skills.
Student workers may work up to 20 hours per week while classes are in session, with additional hours available during college breaks.
