What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Data Analyst position at Onora Group?
Our client is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to lead analytical reporting and data visualization. This position will be pivotal as part of a team to help a large data warehouse cloud transformation to support the organization's digital transformation capabilities and data analytics reporting capabilities. The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will serve as the primary data and reporting analyst to gather data from various systems and present it back to multiple stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and publish all quarterly and annual reports
- Develop new reports as requested by and in collaboration with stakeholders, primarily using Power BI.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on understanding and fulfilling their ad hoc data requests, as approved by management.
- Create beneficial data extracts to assist the business in performing their operational work efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with the IT department to develop relevant, reliable reporting and dashboards. Participate in related Data Governance activities.
- In addition to extracting data, link data elements between cross-channels of data, providing easily understood interpretations of data at a deeper level.
- Develop and make presentations regarding data analysis and interpretations, as requested and approved.
- Protect all information and other sensitive data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years’ experience in a data analytics and reporting role.
- Expert knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and/or other data visualization tools.
- Experience using SQL and Snowflake
- Experience performing end-to-end data analysis, data mapping, and managing the quality and integrity of data across multiple platforms from an organizational perspective.
- Ability to aggregate relevant data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is mandatory.
- Project management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN. Our client requires two days in office and three days remote. They have the strongest benefit plan of any client that we work with in Nashville.
