| JOB SUMMARY & MISSION: |
| Position is responsible for all on-site operations/functions within delegated scope of service for the warehouse. Represents Onpoint as site lead for the customer and on-site personnel |
| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| Core member of Warehouse Team and able to perform all warehouse functions |
| Represents Onpoint Team at required customer internal meetings. |
| Coordinates the operations/functions within the Warehouse |
| Monthly Contractor Reporting |
| Liaison between Onpoint and Customer |
| Facilitates Annual Performance Reviews |
| Conducts Onpoint Team and Safety Meetings |
| Builds and maintains customer relationships |
| Works and communicates with vendors related to warehouse operations |
| Develop and maintain continues improvement processes |
| SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| This job requires supervisory responsibilities. |

Qualifications
| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: |
| High School Diploma or GED |
| 2 years prior experience as a warehouseman |
| 1 years prior lead or supervisor experience |
| Industrial Facility PM Material knowledge |
| Prior experience working in a refinery or petrochemical facility . |
| Customer MM Systems experience (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.) |
| OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: |
| Safety-oriented attitude with a true commitment to personal safety, as well as the safety of others is a must. |
| Good driving record to drive company vehicle and access client facilities, as needed |
| Ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety). |
