Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in compliance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act.
- Execute administrative responsibilities assigned by the Medical Director and designated personnel.
- Oversee and mentor staff technicians to promote continual performance enhancement.
- Fulfill all clinical obligations of the Health Center’s medical practice.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures; ensure the accurate completion of operational tasks according to departmental protocols.
- Communicate any issues to management that may affect the practice’s operations.
- Proficient medical judgment and adherence to ethical considerations in medical practice.
- Ability to monitor and guide staff to ensure ongoing performance improvement.
- Competence in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and possession of a valid Colorado license.
- Prior experience in a family practice or internal medicine setting as a Provider.
- Board Certification in the relevant specialty.
