Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OnPoint Internal Medicine. As a key member of our medical group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks according to departmental guidelines
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director/Lead Physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and improve health outcomes
- Stay current with industry standards and advancements in primary care practice
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies
- Licensed through the State of Colorado
- Board Certification for specialty
- Strong computer skills and experience with Athena EMR preferred
- Basic Life Support card
- At least 2 years' experience in primary care practice

$105,000 - $135,000 yearly salary
