About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and growing partnerships with doctor’s offices, clinics, and healthcare providers to bring in new patients and increase prescription volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with doctor’s offices to build long-term referral relationships.
- Effectively communicate OnPoint’s value proposition to healthcare providers and office staff.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive prescription growth and patient referrals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partnerships through outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service for referred patients.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales activities and results.
Who You Are
- A sales hunter; You love building something from the ground up and aren’t afraid of cold outreach.
- Experienced in B2B or healthcare sales; Background in pharma sales, medical device sales, home health, lab testing, or other healthcare-related fields is a plus.
- A persuasive communicator; You can engage, educate, and influence doctors and their staff with confidence.
- Highly motivated and results-driven self starter; You thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- A strategic relationship builder; You understand how to cultivate long-term partnerships that drive sustained business growth.
- Ownership mindset; You take initiative, think like an entrepreneur, and hold yourself accountable for results.
Bonus and/or commission will be based on a combination of new doctors partnerships and prescriptions generated.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
