Key Responsibilities:

As the Site Superintendent, you will be the primary leader on-site, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all on-site activities, including safety protocols and project security.
• Opening and closing job sites, maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
• Understanding project plans, scope, and existing conditions to ensure progress.
• Keeping detailed daily logs, project documentation, and photo records using Procore.
• Leading and directing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure high-quality work.
• Planning and managing schedules, communicating effectively with the team to resolve any issues.
• Sourcing materials and ensuring they are ready for upcoming phases.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, designers, and engineers.
• Promoting a culture of service, craftsmanship, and excellence on every job.
• Embracing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Leadership & Expertise: Proven experience in leading construction teams, with expertise in all phases of building and remodeling.
• Problem Solver: Ability to interpret architectural plans, think critically, and adjust workflows to keep the project on track.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Procore and open to adopting new technologies.
• Client-Focused: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• MA CSL License required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, renovation, and remodeling processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Self-directed, motivated, and collaborative.
