Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across different industries.
- Present OnPoint Workforce’s talent solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales for talent solutions.
- Meet sales targets and report progress to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in talent solutions or recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.
- Own vehicle and availability for client visits.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
