Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical operations for a mission critical project in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency and has previous experience working in fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
- Team Management : Direct and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel to complete project tasks effectively.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Scheduling : Develop and manage project schedules, identifying and resolving any conflicts or delays.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, track material usage, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trade superintendents to coordinate activities and maintain project milestones.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project and industry standards.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily progress, change orders, inspections, and other critical project documentation.
