Position Overview :
The QAQC Manager is responsible for leading all QAQC-related efforts from project setup through completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, third-party contractors, and internal team members to ensure quality assurance and control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review Cx check lists specific to MECH / PLBG / BMS / Elec with the client and 3rd Party Cx for completeness and feasibility.
- BIM 360 Field QAQC Doc Control , ensuring all BIM checklists are assigned to the correct Trade Partner, and assigned appropriately to Assets.
- Checklist Completion Reviews based on two week look ahead schedule priorities.
- Trade Partner communication of deficiencies.
- Weekly Issue reviews and issue data integrity, ensuring the issues are assigned correctly to assets, and have due dates that are current.
- Be an expert on the site specific QAQC Specifications and deliverables and communicate to QCx Engineering Team.
- Manage Day to Day scheduling of Internal Team Members to ensure Inspections are forecasted and appropriately staffed.
- Manage priorities for the Team based off Critical Path Cx Needs.
- Work with team members to forecast and update project tracking tools and the Project Master Schedule.
- Report out on all Project QAQC deliverables to the Site Lead.
