We are seeking a Site Manager with expertise in MEP Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Energy Marshalling to oversee energy isolation procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LOTO Program Management

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain site-specific LOTO documentation, ensuring alignment with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
• Train and educate team members on LOTO procedures, ensuring all personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

2. Energy Isolation Oversight (Energy Marshall Duties)

• Act as the primary point of contact for all energy isolation activities on-site.
• Review and approve energy isolation plans, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Monitor the execution of isolation procedures during commissioning, construction, and maintenance phases.
• Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and site personnel to minimize risks related to energy sources.

3. Site Management

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and safety teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and site-specific safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety reviews.

4. Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on LOTO and energy isolation progress and compliance.
• Document and report any incidents or near-misses related to energy isolation.
• Develop and present site safety metrics and improvement plans to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a focus on LOTO and energy isolation processes.
• Experience in semiconductor, data center, or large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and other applicable standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate complex workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Lockout Tagout or Energy Isolation (e.g., Certified Lockout Tagout Specialist).
• Familiarity with energy isolation systems, such as mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic sources.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
